  1. Wow! Those shots are really coll! You should have submitted them to the news!

  2. What distinguishes the different sides of the building? How does it work?

  3. @mad4hotwheels its camden. its just surprising. probably a meth lab blown up or someone murdered then burned to burn the evidence away.

  4. Plenty of fire for everyone! Good job filming and editing.

  5. Seriously what was this like 3 city blocks squared out of just one abandone building fire??? How’d it travel so far?

  6. Great work boys, that one looked liked a bitch!! A handful of helicopters with Bambi-buckets would have been nice, but I don’t know if they have those type of resources in that region. I’ve only been on a couple urban fires where the helos came in for water drops, made one helluva difference!! Once again, fantastic work, looks like they managed it great and worked through adversity!!

  7. Camden is the shit hole of America

  8. War zone???

  9. now how the hell (literally) did they manage to start that fire in an abandoned building?

  10. The person holding the camera did a very good job of covering the scene. Nice editing as well.

  11. I half expected to see some ff’s appear wearing AFS uniforms and tin hats and the half burned out wrecks of London buses with Hovis adverts on them lol

  12. That reminds me of the old newsreel footage that i’ve seen of the London Blitz with the fire smoke and bricks scattered all over etc.

  13. one hell of a battle…why did this particular fire get so out of control so quickly?

  14. i like the shout out to burlington counties being called in to this one…cause engine 9031 our brand new ferrara was the “source” for ALOT of water..we were on the cooper river drafting and then pushing it to other companies from burlington county that help aid in this…alot of hose and time put in by all…Great Job by all.

  15. These are real Firefighters! Not like the Hillsboro Fire Dept. Who don’ t go inside any burning building. “Can you believe that.” and the Chief agrees. What a bunch of Pussy’s. John Meksa BADGE177 1965 to 1990.

  16. Nice work, Dave!

  17. @sharppointy1 Hello, yes we try to force the wall inward to fall on itself if it is going to collapse. The idea is that we would rather it fall in then out on one of us if we should have to be close to the building, or what is left. Hope it helps thanks for the kind words.

  18. @sharppointy1 Just a matter of “aim”. They’ll correct it.

  19. I’m sure the questions are stirring up about all these fires in camden..when all the firemen were laid off recently…could this be arson? by a fire fighter?

  20. @DaaveHernandez photos – nice jobs on the videos.
I have a curiosity question that you or maybe a firefighter could answer. In the 8 alarm and this video, I see the firefighters using master streams against the brick walls. Is this done to force the wall collapse inward? Or is it just a fluke you happened to catch?
    Thanks
    Keep up the great videos!

  21. nice job- THANKS!

  22. urban renewall!

  23. nice footage, looks like there’s some big ass fires over there in Camden.
